I feel so bad to say this…it really pains my heart…
The culprits have changed the main deity in Thiruvapudaiyar temple in sellur in Madurai… I don’t know what happened to the Shiva idol — it’s a small one but now they have replaced it with a long shivlinga…..
I really am worried…. There was a nandhi statue in the north east behind the Amman shrine… That also they have removed… People are unaware of all these things…
Kindly do something…you can ask the people nearby… What happened to these…
